Test Rig – A321 Outboard Flap Tap
The test specimen (tab) is installed in the test stand in a stationary and inverse manner, i.e. the Z coordinate of the wing coordinate system points towards the bottom. Elastomer pads are glued to the top of the tab, load harnesses are arranged under these pads. The cylinder loads are impressed into the test specimen via Whiffletrees.
